Books on SOA Governance?
I'm finding the summary materials on SOA governance ... I've been reading stuff from IBM, from HP, couple other places ... a little opaque. I'm a developer, and I want to know what this means to me. Any suggestions on books?

Books! Yes!
Read this (focus on the technology and security sections): Service-Oriented Architecture Governance for the Services Driven Enterprise by Eric Marks. Then get SOA Design Patterns by Thomas Erl. My friend Grady Booch says this is like the best book for SOA developers, and he invented OOP, so like, he ought to know.

OMG Thanks!
These are on Safari.
You really know Grady Booch? I talked to him for five minutes at an SD show, two years ago. |

Tough to learn via a book
SOA books are helpful, but I think the real learning will take place via web learning sites where trusted experts can give you an interactive walkthrough and answer your questions in real time. Just my opinion
