Mythbuster Tweets His Way Out of an $11k Phone Bill
Mythbuster Adam Savage and his success with AT&T is a great example of social media in action. We recently blogged about this on ST with Dell. Anyone out there have a personal example of using Twitter to correct a customer service problem?
